Now with Defakto Logo (images will be updated soon). The new Defakto Kinetik Duro 20Atm has an in-house manufactured 39mm case made of hardened stainless steel. In addition the water resistance was increased from 10 atm to 20 atm. The high-gloss polished, newly formed top ring increases plasticity and playfully reflects the surroundings in a distorted manner. The minimalist design of the Defakto Kinetik Duro 20Atm (39 mm x 45 mm x 9.8 mm, weight 59 g, 20 ATM) watch aims to visually emphasize the interaction of its watch hands and the resulting geometrical constellations. The watch has been upgraded with nightglowing Superluminova (bgw9 and red) coating on hands and indexes.
The three-piece 39mm Ickler watchcase with subtle brushing comes with a slightly domed sapphire crystal on top. The watch offers a german made cowhide strap with fast release system. The Kinetik Duro can be built for right- or lefthanders on demand and is the perfect mid-sized unisex watch.
The Bauhaus-inspired Defakto Kinetik Duro connects all three watch hands to the Swiss-made Sellita SW 200 automatic movement via three identical disks. As they pass above, the skeletonized hands fully enclose minute and hour indexes of identical line strength. The see-through hands enable excellent, guided readability as they constantly frame the indexes, create a symmetrical pattern or interlace perfectly if superimposed.
The flowing second hand brings continuous movement into the kinetic scheme of the watch, constantly generating new geometric constellations and symmetrical overlays directly on the wrist of the wearer. The watch can be built up for right or lefthand use. As an option you can have it with a hand-wound movement from Swiss brand Sellita too.
