The Defakto Eins Inkognito can not be more puristic. Besides aesthetic reasons the ultra minimal dial of the non-logo single-hand watch makes up a timepiece that is capable for left and right-handers within one model. This can be achieved by turning the watch 180 degrees and adjusting the time respectively. The Eins Inkognito is the only minimalist one-hand watch that will turn heads. Its puristic dial and the singular skeleton hand make an unique statement; one that says you live at your own pace. On the Defakto Eins, time is read in intervals rather than moments, as the indexes represent the hour and 15-minute periods exclusively. The singular large hand is used to tell the hour and approximate minute synchronically. Due to the extensive, almost brutalistic indexing, the time can be read accurately to about 5 minutes. If you wear the watch for a while, you notice a positive, more sensitive approach to time. The lack of precision will fine-tune your intuition and decelerate your day. This single-hand watch will change your perception of time. The 9.8mm high, 42mm watch case is made of stainless steel and has a look through back which provides a view of the automatic movement. The handmade brushed surface of the watch adds a personal touch as no watch looks the same in detail. The automatic swiss made movement Eta 2824-2 has a gear reserve of at least 40 hours. Dial and hands are covered with swiss made fluorescent Superluminova. The interior anti-reflective, highly scratch-resistant sapphire glass reduces interfering reflections. The Eins offers a water resistance of 50m / 5Atm.
